What is the Refund Policy?

mindbodygreen does not offer ticket refunds for any reason.

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable clothing. Please wear activewear and sneakers if you wish to participate in the resistance training class.

Will there be parking available? 

The entrance of the event is in between the Hangar and the Bayshore Club. Parking for the Hangar at Regatta  Harbour is available on-site. The Regatta Harbour area in Coconut Grove features a new parking garage. Additional, or alternative, parking options in the area include street parking and nearby, paid options, with the ParkMobile app commonly used in the Miami area for finding spots.

- Nearby options: The area around Coconut Grove and the marina often features available parking, but it is recommended to arrive early for popular events.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at 9 am to take in all of the immersive experiences and have time to enjoy the wellbeing experiences.

What’s the agenda?

The full agenda will be published the week before the event.

Will there be food?

We will have coffee and protein boosts in the morning, as well as a boxed lunch. If you have specific dietary requirements, we recommend that you bring food to nourish you throughout the day.
